The primary focus of this  relationship is to market the Public Allies program and the opportunity for a better community and personal growth when selected. Results

RMG was tasked to connect with primarily minority populations for these prestigious positions. In the past, Public Allies has had a harder time reaching these BIPOC groups as well as low income students or individuals who seek opportunities. Our task was to alleviate this gap in communication and find great candidates within these ethnicities. With the help of IDx, we did just that.

  • Public Allies Central Florida hired 23 emerging leaders
  • The cohort in the 22-23 year (with RMG) was the most diverse cohort yet
  • 17 of the 23 Identify as non-caucasian
